I just love fashion illustrations. Everyone has a different style and technique.
Sam Loman’s in particular is inspiring for the bold black lines that just seems to flow naturally. Abstract and obscure makes it such an interesting artwork to look at. Simply beautiful.

It’s midnight and I’m playing on photoshop using a hand-drawn fashion illustration I did back at UC Davis. This is one of the 5 artworks I have just submitted to Semi-Permanent 2010. Hope it makes it into the book! Either way I’m happy with this image and am glad I pushed myself to get back into design. Ahh love.
